Refund policy

All sales are final. However, we may consider repairs, exchanges, or refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If you have been specifically instructed by our team to return an item:

• You MUST include a note with your order number, description of the issue, and the agreed-upon resolution
• Returns/repairs received without the required note will not be processed
• Returns/repairs must be sent within 30 days of receiving return authorization
