A: We’d love to have you shop with us! Please visit our retail website at www.thebijouxfab.com to browse and order directly.

Q: How do I get started with wholesale?
A: Make sure you register here on our wholesale website. If you've already registered, you’ll receive an email once your account is approved.

Q: I can’t see prices—why not?
A: Prices are hidden until we receive your Tax ID. Send a photo to thebijouxfab@gmail.com and we’ll get you approved quickly.

Q: Is the price I see on the wholesale website the price I pay?
A: Yes. The prices shown on our wholesale website are your wholesale prices—what you see is what you pay.

Q: What’s the wholesale minimum order?
A: $150 per order.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship daily on weekdays. Most orders go out within 24–48 hours, even during busy seasons.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: All wholesale orders are shipped through USPS.

Q: Are your pieces handmade?
A: Yes. Every piece is handmade by our team in North Texas—nothing is outsourced.

Q: Are your sterling silver pearls real?
A: Yes, they are 0.925 sterling silver pearls, machine-made. We are not Native-made and do not claim Indigenous craftsmanship.

Q: Can I call your sterling silver pearls “Navajo Pearls”?
A: No. The term “Navajo Pearls” is protected by the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA), which makes it illegal to use Native terms unless the product is made by a federally recognized Native artisan or tribe. Since our jewelry is not Native-made, it cannot be called “Navajo.”

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We work with all kinds of materials, but mostly 0.925 sterling silver pearls. We also offer silver-plated items. Each product description clearly lists materials, and pricing reflects the quality difference.

Q: Will I get exactly what’s pictured?
A: You’ll receive something very similar. Most designs are made in batches, but if it’s one of a kind, we’ll say so in the product description. Since we work with turquoise and shell, you may notice slight color variations, but overall, it will match the style you see.

Q: How are necklace lengths measured?
A: We measure from the lobster clasp to the end of the main necklace—not including the extender. For example, a 14-inch necklace means 14 inches from clasp to end, plus a 2-inch extender to give you extra length if needed.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: No, we offer flat, fair pricing for all retailers.

Q: Do you include tags and pricing?
A: Yes. Each item comes with a tag that includes the price you paid, SKU, and a barcode. You're welcome to replace our tags with your own branding. We allow retailers to price our jewelry as they see fit.

Q: Can I use your photos to promote the jewelry?
A: Yes, but please do not use our stock photos in public Facebook resell groups. We have many retailers and want to avoid overlap in those spaces.

Q: Will every store carry the same thing?
A: No. We offer nearly 300 designs and add new styles weekly to keep your inventory fresh and unique.

Q: How often do you release new jewelry?

Q: What if something I love is sold out?
A: Most items will be restocked! Use the “Notify Me When Available” option on the product page to get an email as soon as it’s back.

Q: What’s your return or damage policy?
A: We do not accept returns, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it. Just email us at thebijouxfab@gmail.com with your order number and the SKU of items in questions. 

Q: How should customers care for the jewelry?
A: Keep jewelry dry and use a soft polishing cloth on silver. 

Q: Can I request custom wholesale designs?
A: We do not offer custom orders at this time.

Q: How does the packaging come?
A: Every order is wrapped in eco-friendly paper to reduce plastic waste. You’ll receive a business card,your detailed invoice, and secure packaging. We use bubble mailers for most items, and boxes for anything fragile. We shipped over 6,000 packages last year—and they all arrived safe!
